Sometimes I just sit on the couch with a hot mug of latte in my hands.
I look through the window and watch the raindrops falling from the sky.
I listen to them dripping from the rooftop onto the ground.
And then I notice how calm I am.
And then there are times when I observe people.
I observe the world.
And sometimes I get frustrated.
Sometimes I wonder why things are the way they are.
Why we make simple things complicated.
Why we forget to stop and notice what is right in front of us.
I don't have answers to everything.
But I notice things.
